Kris Burleson

Kris Burleson has been the Account Manager for the Austin Branch since February 2006. As Account Manager, Kris prides himself on his ability to address the customer�s needs through building trust with clients and understanding their staffing needs from his previous experiences of working onsite. Kris comes to BG with a background in onsite
property management (as a leasing agent and Marketing / Leasing Director), customer service, marketing and sales. Kris is also very active within the Austin Apartment Association and currently serves as a Board Member for the Texas Association of Staffing (2008). Kris holds a Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology and Marketing) from Texas Tech University.

Mark Critendon

As Branch Manager of the San Antonio office, Steve Maspero prides himself on listening to his clients needs and establishing successful relationships. Steve joined BG Personnel in 2004 as a staffing coordinator, but his hard work and dedication has quickly paved the way to his success. Under Steve�s leadership, the San Antonio team continues to thrive, thus earning BG Personnel�s first Model of Excellence award.

Teresa Delgado

Teresa Delgado joined BG Personnel Services in 2002, with an extensive retail background and customer service skills. Teresa began working in the apartment industry as a leasing professional then 3 months later was hired on as a staffing coordinator joining the Austin team. Currently, Teresa supports the south region as a Special Projects Coordinator. Teresa looks forward to training and developing the South region in achieving their goals.

Noble Glenn

Noble joined BG Personnel as a staffing coordinator in 2004 after a successful career in multifamily residential property management and sales account management. As branch manager of the Austin office Noble prides himself on dedication and teamwork as well as a can do attitude towards his clients. Noble holds a Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association and is very involved in the Austin Apartment Association as a 2008-09 Vice President, Board Member and Products and Services Council chair. Noble enjoys his career in the staffing and multi-family industries and sees the opportunity to provide good people with good jobs while also providing great companies with great employees as very satisfying and he looks forward to continuing for many years.

Alex Zulaica

As the most recent addition to the Austin team, Alex started his career with BG in August 2008. As a native Austinite, Alex started in human resource/recruiting 12 years ago in the high tech arena. Alex has a passion for employment law, recruiting and building long term relationships with clients and employees, alike. He understands the demand and importance of matching the �best in class� talent for his clients. Alex looks forward to a long relationship with BG Personnel Services.
