Beni Arana

Beni joined BG Personnel Services in October 2008 in a newly created Certified Maintenance Trainer position. Beni brought with him 26 years of Multi-Family Housing maintenance experience from reputable management companies such as Westdale, Gables and Capstone Management.

During the course of his career, Beni has attended and taught a multitude of maintenance-related courses. Beni is EPA certified through Ferris University and is an Authorized Proctor for the Esco Institute, which allows him to teach and certify EPA License candidates. Beni holds various certifications and has been trained in areas such as Advanced Electricity, Pool Operator, R-410 A Training and Small Appliances.

Beni is currently in charge of BG Personnel’s Quality Maintenance Training Program, which provides training classes for its employees, as well as customers, in the following formats: Groundskeeper, Make Ready, Refrigeration, Heating, Basic Electricity and Pool and Spa Training.
